Birthday parties for guests aged 21 and under require two door security staff,
regardless of guest numbers (maximum 150 guests).
All bookings are subject to availability and agreement by the Committee. Refer to our terms

How many guests does the hall accommodate?
The hall is approved for bookings of up to 150 guests.
Can our guests use the car park?
Yes, the car park is available to all members and visitors to the club. Hall hire permits use of the car park however this is non-exclusive, and space is available on a first-come basis.
Please be mindful that if any guests park outside of the club grounds that Garden Leys is a residential street. Please ask your guests not to block private driveways or prevent access that may be required by residents, club patrons, or emergency services.
Is there a kitchen or food preparation area?
Yes, the hall features a clean, spacious kitchen area for light cooking and food preparation use. We are also able to provide a hot water urn for tea/coffee service.
